Over 20 First Responder Agencies compete for the Best Chili at the Battle of the Badges – 911 Chili Cook-off. This family-friendly event includes live entertainment, local beer and wine, music, live entertainment, and is hosted by Mark S. Allen! 100% of the proceeds go to support local nonprofits.
This year, Snowline will be the recipient, with a focus on their children’s bereavement program,  Veteran services, and Palliative Care.

This annual event is a favorite for residents, visitors and chili enthusiasts. The Battle of the Badges 911 Chili Cook-off features the area’s finest first responders as our chili cooks, all competing for bragging rights while supporting a local non-profit, Snowline Hospice.
